Ireland (Nationwide DTC)
World Steak Challenge medal winner 2024 and 2025 — slow-grown, high-welfare Irish grass-fed beef and lamb, delivered fresh in zero-waste cuts nationwide.
iDevour is an online-first butcher delivering ethical, grass-fed Irish beef and lamb in fresh, zero-waste cuts nationwide. Their sourcing is from prize-winning, high-welfare herds on Ireland's North Coast — cattle raised on the rich, fertile soil and nutrient-dense grass of that coastline, personally selected by their master butcher.
The business backs up its quality claims with competition results: their 21oz Competition Ribeye Steak won medals at the World Steak Challenge in both 2024 and 2025 — a globally recognised competition judged by some of the world's leading chefs and meat experts. That's two consecutive years of international recognition on the same cut.
iDevour operates both subscription and one-off purchase models. Subscribers can set up a recurring meat delivery — the most cost-effective way to buy premium grass-fed beef regularly — while one-off orders let customers try specific cuts before committing. The full range includes individual steaks, bulk beef (whole fillets, striploin, brisket), a carnivore box, and lamb cuts.
All packaging is zero-waste — vacuum-sealed cuts in ice-packed boxes without single-use plastic where avoidable. Orders are dispatched Tuesday through Friday for next-day delivery, maintaining cold-chain integrity across the island.
