About this site
Grassfed.ie is currently a pre-launch recruitment + waitlist site. The marketplace for ordering from partner butchers will launch later in 2026. Until then, the only transactions on the site are form submissions (waitlist signups, butcher partnership enquiries, general contact). No purchases, no payments, no orders.
Information accuracy
We try to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but we don't warrant correctness or completeness. Where we cite external sources (PGI status, Bord Bia schemes, partner butcher details), the originating source is the canonical reference.
Editorial content
Articles on grassfed.ie reflect editorial opinion at the time of writing. Where commercial relationships affect content placement (e.g. "featured butcher" rotation, paid promotional placements when offered), we disclose them.

We link to external sites where helpful. We're not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. This doesn't limit our liability for things that can't legally be limited (death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud).
When ordering opens
When the marketplace launches, separate purchase terms (covering returns, dispatch, refunds, food-safety guarantees, etc.) will apply at checkout. Those will be drafted with each partner-butcher relationship and will be visible at order time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes go to the Irish courts.
