Over 100 years of Connacht farming from the Gilligan family in Four Mile House. Padraic Gilligan opened the farm shop in 1990 and has since won Great Taste Awards, Blás na hÉireann, and the European Angus Steak Championship. Beef raised slowly on open Roscommon pasture, delivered anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
